At Tartarus Beers, we strive to ensure every brew reaches you in peak condition, but we offer a hassle-free return process for any damaged or incorrect items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened goods reported within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the product arrived damaged.

  Approval & Labeling

  Once your request is verified, we will provide a return authorization and a shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened bottles or cans in their original transit packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect the returned items at our brewery, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
